These guidelines exist to help you perform your role effectively.Â
All staff are expected to follow them. Failure to do so may result in demotion or removal.
🟣 Activity
Be active daily on both the server and Discord. Stay up to date, attend meetings, and support the community.
🟣 Professionalism
If players aren’t allowed to do something, neither are you. You represent the server at all times — act maturely and set a good example.
🟣 Communication
Stay active in staff chats and respond to pings. Clear communication is key — if you're unsure about something, ask.
🟣 Player Priority
Players always come first. Never ignore questions — if you don’t know the answer, redirect them to someone who does.
🟣 Support (Discord)
Direct all support requests to the Discord ticket system to ensure everything is logged and handled properly.
🟣 Punishments & Reporting
If you don’t have permission to punish, contact a higher staff member or use #mod-request.
🟣 Staff Reports
Do not handle staff issues yourself. Report them to Bartol or Silly. This includes abuse of power, rule breaking, or negative behaviour.
🟣 Teamwork
Work together. Avoid arguments, especially in public — resolve issues through discussion.
🟣 Respect
Respect all players and staff. Do not argue with higher ranks publicly. If there’s an issue, escalate it properly.
🟣 Confidentiality
Never leak staff chats or private information. This includes messages, voice chats, and internal discussions. Breaches are taken seriously.
🟣 Player Privacy
Do not share or expose player bases, homes, or private information. This can result in instant demotion.
