Hierarchy

Our staff team operates on a clear chain of command to ensure efficiency, accountability, and consistency across the server.

All staff are expected to follow this structure when asking questions, handling issues, or escalating situations. Do not bypass ranks for basic matters — use the appropriate level first.

All major incidents, serious reports, or escalations must be directed to Bartol. 

🟣 Helper

Entry-level staff responsible for player support and chat moderation.

• Assist new and existing players with questions

• Maintain chat quality (spam, toxicity, minor offences)

• Issue warnings and temporary mutes where appropriate

• Escalate anything beyond your permissions with evidence

🟣 Moderator

Responsible for enforcing rules at a deeper level and handling more serious issues.

• Investigate and punish rule-breaking behaviour (e.g. cheating)

• Issue mutes, bans, and other punishments

• Support and guide Helpers

• Apply fair judgement in all situations

🟣 Senior Moderator

Leads the moderation team and supports overall staff performance.

• Oversee moderation standards

• Assist lower ranks with decisions and training

• Handle complex or escalated cases

• Ensure consistency in punishments and actions

🟣 Admin

Senior staff focused on resolving higher-level issues and supporting the team.

• Handle player reports, disputes, and escalations

• Provide guidance to all lower ranks

• Maintain server integrity and staff standards

• Any abuse of authority results in immediate removal

🟣 Senior Admin

Responsible for high-level oversight and operational stability.

• Oversee server-wide issues and staff coordination

• Manage admins and critical situations

• Ensure systems and staff operate effectively

🟣 Management

Responsible for the overall direction, performance, and growth of the server.

• Community Manager → player engagement, events, and communication

• Staff Manager → staff performance, discipline, and structure

• Head Manager (Silly) → leads and oversees the staff team
