These guidelines ensure fair and consistent moderation across BartolSMP.

All punishments must be applied using evidence and proper judgement.

Always use /history before issuing any punishment.

Chat punishments follow a minimum 5-minute timeframe.

Discord chat logs may NOT be used as standalone evidence for in-game punishments.

Use of hacked clients, blacklisted mods, or any unfair advantage (including remote desktop tools):

X-Ray (mods, textures, or mechanics abuse):

📓 Staff Notebooks & Mentoring

Notebooks are used to improve staff performance and training.

They may include:

• Training sessions (VC)  

• Staff feedback and corrections  

• Reports and performance tracking  

• Weekly progress reviews  

Mentors (Admin+) are responsible for guiding staff and ensuring standards are met.
